Therapy & Counselling in Chamonix

Chamonix therapist, here to talk with you during challenging times

Are you experiencing painful or confusing feelings? Are you in a difficult situation or stuck with a persistent issue?

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, fertility issues or loss, helping you understand the patterns shaping your experience and build a more grounded, connected life.

My approach draws on relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, and I work in both English and French. I offer a confidential space where you can feel fully understood.

Based in Les Houches and working online across France, I offer english-speaking therapy and couples counselling in the Chamonix valley.

Fleur Therapy and Counselling in Chamonix

I'm a UKCP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Les Houches, in the Chamonix valley. I work with individuals and couples in English and French, in person and online across France and internationally.

My training is in Transactional Analysis psychotherapy - a relational, attachment-informed approach that works with the patterns formed in early life that quietly shape how we feel, relate, and respond in the present. I don't simply help you manage symptoms. I work with you to understand where they come from.

This is supported by neuroscientific research into neuroplasticity - the brain's capacity to change through safe, attuned relationship. When we feel genuinely understood by another person, something shifts at a deeper level than thinking.

I also hold certification in critical incident and trauma response, working with people in the aftermath of acute or cumulative traumatic events.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring 25+ years of experience working with people - listening carefully, making sense of complexity, and sitting with what's hard without rushing toward easy answers.

I can provide therapy for:

01.

Anxiety can become overwhelming, gradually shrinking our world as we avoid situations that can trigger panic or stress.

02.

More than just sadness, depression can lead us to lose interest in activities we once enjoyed, impacting our quality of life.

03.

Difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviours can negatively impact

romantic, professional or family  relationships.

04.

If you've been looking for PTSD therapy near you, I can offer specialist support using a relational, trauma-informed approach
