Therapy & Counselling in Chamonix

Counselling & therapy services

I provide therapy in Chamonix for:

I offer online and in-person therapy for a wide range of challenges, working with clients to better understand recurring patterns, identify underlying issues, and support meaningful behavioural change. Through this process, therapy can help strengthen self-esteem, increase self-awareness, and create a greater sense of emotional wellbeing.

My work is integrative and relational, meaning we look beyond symptoms to the broader emotional, relational, and life context in which difficulties arise. Based in Chamonix and working online, I support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma-related difficulties, or challenges rooted in past experiences. We explore how early relationships, significant life events, or unresolved trauma, including PTSD, may continue to shape emotional responses, self-regulation, and ways of relating to others.

I also work with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed or are struggling with anger, conflict, or difficulties in their personal or professional relationships. Therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to understand intense emotional reactions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater emotional resilience over time.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples counselling in Chamonix for partners experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional distance, or challenges linked to stress, change, or differing needs within the relationship. Sessions focus on improving understanding, strengthening connection, and developing more supportive ways of relating.

Whether you are seeking individual therapy or couples counselling, the aim is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and able to navigate both personal and relational challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
